Great news!  Just grap 500 shares at $1.95 as premarket opened with 1.5K shares buy order to be filled.

It is interesting to note that they mentioned Union Energy's seven other mines. Makes me wonder if Lee is giving us a glimps into where the next acquisitions are coming from or showing us what kind of partner we have in Union Energy.

You are basically arguing that the announcement  has no meaning because Llen has provided improved transparency in the direction they are going with the company. I respectfully disagree with your statement. Llen needs to build investor trust. They are following a path of providing guidance on what they plan to do and communication on execution. This release is another example of this and is ...more

Another point this or makes is that the mines will be immediately accretive to llen's eps. I spoke with mgmt after the annual meeting and they said that they did not want to pull the trigger on the mine purchases until they were accretive to earnings. Union was ready to make an immediate deal but Llen understood that they need eps to ramp up quickly with each purchase in order to get the sp ...more

I agree that they have rebuild their trust to overcome the missteps they have had. One step at a time. This pr puts them on the spot to execute the transactions within thirty days or they lose the fragil trust they have slowly beginning to redevelop. I also agree the two board posting sucks as well. DC:  I agree with you on the whole but he's given a very specific 'within 30 days' which leads me to believe it will happen; and the two mines and the 90% are big. Also, watching chart and it looks like we will bust above the $2.23 high of the day.  We could go to $2.46 ish. Sharpei
