hlarcher.....thats sort-a what i was thinking as well. the whole deal is complicated, but one thing i do know is d lee does know what he's doing and does know whats best for llen and us eventually.

The amount if the obligation is approximately 24% of  llen's market cap at the current share price.

c Could be better Coal, have better logistics, better parking lot, offices, bathrooms, ect.... see what I mean on DETAILS !!

I believe as far as gap accounting goes we did. It would not suprise me if union energy was set up strictly to facilitate the consolidation process. Let that company do the upgrading of the mines and sell them to Llen once they are ready to produce. But as far as this board goes, we can all just speculate and not have confirmation of the reality.
