Actually, any disruptions, labor disputes, contract disputes between the Mongolian govt and producers is good for the price of coal.

But there seems to be an internal riff with the local peeps and gov't over rights...looks very primative, and if the big boys are cutting back .... just looks like LLEN would be wading into the dark ages, corruption,  and trouble. Very difficult to do business especially with a limited budget, in a landscape with no infastructure. Their money would be wisely spent on other options ...more

I believe they're exploring options in Inner Mongolia, not Mongolia.  Mongolia is a separate country.  Inner Mongolia is a province of China.

Thanks for clarifying. Depressing picture of Mongolia, IMHO. The province is most likely totally different, but it would be nice for LLEN to expose' the environment they are intrested in expanding to.
