PR is confusing to me
"L&L accomplished this by purchasing 95% interests in two Union Energy subsidiaries, Guizhou Union Energy Shun Da Inventory and Transport Corporation and Guizhou Union Energy WuZhou Energy Development Corporation, which previously owned 100% interest in both of the respective mines."
I found this sentence odd. Should it be put as:
L&L accomplished this by purchasing 95% interests in two Union Energy subsidiaries, Guizhou Union Energy Shun Da Inventory and Transport Corporation and Guizhou Union Energy WuZhou Energy Development Corporation, which CURRENTLY OWN 100% interest in both of the respective mines.
The PR statement creates confusion because after reading it, I now do not know what or how much equity interest Guizhou Union Energy Shun Da Inventory and Transport Corporation and Guizhou Union Energy WuZhou Energy Development Corporation respectively have in those mines.
Can someone enlight me here?

I figured it too was worded poorly. I think they were trying to say that no one other than Union had an interest in the mines...it was 100% Union. Now LLEN has 95%, and union retained 5%...

That what I intend to believe. But, gosh, I mean, didn't ICR help out in PR? LLEN's problems of this sort never goes away.

Very interesting that ICR is not involved in the recent 2 PRs like it did regarding the formation of Independent Special Committee.
