Company Colapsing Stock Price

Are company executives really a share holders friend, or are there other initiatives, such as colapsing the share price to buy back cheaper....silence, lack of execution, and misleading statements, are the weapons.(also results in class action lawsuits)

 

Todays close 1.69 under 1.50 coming 2 weeks.
