The answer is very simple! ... to attract some buyers and let insiders sell their holding! 

 

They did it ... in order to allow MCJ to sell his  stake (My opinion) ... and they now did it ... to allow Robinson to do the same! 

 

 

Wha a Fraud-LLEN-t company !
