If its not in the system how did Dow Jones get the information? Dow Jones mines for data electronically, so if its still in the mail, how would they have it? ( i know this is a reach, but if its in a mail truck right now in Seattle, does Dow Jones scan all mail before delivery? )
How did they get a "copy" of it? Did Dickson run one off on his epson, and send it over....no need to do that...
& why would he take the time to sign, it stamp it, and send it in the mail when all he has to do is have Finance enter it into the computer......
