A transaction you say is " in the mail "

A transaction you say " sold" ( past tense ) when share volume does not indicate...

A transaction you say Dow Jones is posting, when its still " in the mail"

A transaction for 1.5 million, they they decided to do via mail, versus online? Especially given that the mail on the East coast right now is moving slowly...
