RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: LEE Registers 750,447 Of L

"Far as I know, it's not on the system yet....Probably because it may not have been filed electronically...If it's filed via snail mail...it should be there Monday....maybe..."

We would need to be dumb as a box of rocks to beleive your story....

The SEC is " considered to be notified" the second it hits the mailbox, and according to you wont arrive until Monday, however, its on the Dow Jones Newswire? I know what a Form 144 is, and what it states, but if it is in route , " " if its filed snail mail...it should be there monday " the SEC does know know its coming unti it receives it, no?

Even if Dickson CALLS the SEC and says he mailed, they go " ho hum " until they see the actual filing.

*** Newsflash*** 99.9999 % of SEC filings are done electronicaly by the end users, know why? Its fast. Why  would Dickson blow 21 days waiting for the " Snail Mail" as you say, then an SEC admin to enter it into the system, and then waitin for approval email, when he can do it immediately via the internet...
