common sense tells me he would not sell the shares at an undervallued price and that if he would have filed the form he would have only filed it in the case he would need to.  You posted that he did sell the shares.  Even more specifically, you stated he sold the shares the week after the form was filed and you had absolutely no evidence to show this.  And this form about Dickson filing to sell shares, I strongly suspect you personally made and put that on the image website just as I supsect it was you that made up the Robert Lee form that was on that website and that the SEC never received.  After all, who else spends time researching an image website?  If you are not already behind bars, it is just a matter of time before you will be.
