Mr. Lee transferred his personal shares of LLEN as collateral on a personal loan. All proceeds from the loan were transferred directly to L&L Energy, Inc. as a loan to fund expansion. Mr. Lee's loan to the Company was approved by L&L's Board of Directors. The term on the loan is three years, Mr. Lee also has the option to reclaim his shares at any time upon written notice and repayment of the loan.
