New S-1 filing withdrawing S-1 of 1/6/10

After today's market close, L&L filed an S-1 with the SEC withdrawing the S-1 filed Jan 6, 2010. That earier S-1 had registered roughly 3.7M shares and warrants. They never sold any of those shares, so they're withdrawing them.

This could mean one of the following:

1) Business is good, so they see no need to sell these shares

2) They want to clear the decks for a larger offering
