'..therefore I wonder if we are about to partner, or about to diversify?'

So, we are on the same page. I think Dickson has been brilliant when it comes to accomplishing what he wants.   I wouldn't want to be in negotiations with him

One thought: Datang may be the 'be all to end all' utility in backwards Guizhou...so perhaps at this point they may be feeling some pressure to 'move on' up.  I still think that IM, although a possibility, is a difficult match for a small Guizhou player.  Bar has pointed out that 'rail' is a big issue in that  underdeveloped province (Guizhou!) ...the rails are planned for the north which will include IM.

Could there be something 'in between'  Guizhou and IM...I mean SCOK is doing zip, PUDA or what is leftover and probably many companies we've never heard of?

Datang, if they are happy with LLEN may want LLEN to do more elsewhere in the provinces...???  Isn't that a thought ...and still Shenhua, Tianjin Fuhao...I mean these are BIG and they surely can see the advantage in having a company that is providing American technology where there is a desperate need for safety.

I mean SCOK which earlier received some high marks at some websites is shut down.  How many SCOK's might there be?  I mean LLEN has demonstrated the ability to 'fix' gas problems at small mines.

They are in Beijing for a reason....a big reason.  Four days?  Two of which are spent in the air if they are in fact planning to be back in Tuk by Tuesday.

We need a big push...Can this be it?  So ready to have some resolutionS/

Sharpei
