The meeting was called 'strategic' and I expect the word was intended to send more of a message than just a rental office in the works.
Image is important in China. L&L now has its name on the entry 'directory' (and on its letterhead) next to Shenhua Energy and Tianjin Fuhao.

Yes! Time for Yang to show investors why his presence is so necessary to the future of this company.
