Two thoughts on this:  (1) these mines were designed from the beginning to handle a much larger production number.  Unlike the previous mines the LLEN acquired several years ago, which required constant upgrades and capital to increase production, the Union Energy mines already are built to handle larger productions.; and (2) increasing production at these mines is more of a function of getting the govt approval to have the higher production (meaning, the ability to demonstrate you can extract more in a safe manner) and less a capital commitment.
