I admire your will farstar. Kind of reminds me of the stuff I tried to dig up in defense for Sino Forest, although I bought it after the short sellers report. The problem there, and could happen here also, is there isn't enough proof against Geoinvesting claims. Also, I am one to believe that the Chinese do cook their books at least a bit, so even if a minor discrepancy is found, the SEC could make a big deal out of it. Stakes are high either way. Now that a class action is in process of being started, the big shareholders could turn against the company if any dirt is found to recover their losses. Likely the price will stay depressed even if the company clears itself. I know I may be reading too far, but having been through the Sino Forest ordeal, with such a similar setup, I can't help but make these associations with a bad outcome.
