You surely are a loyal shareholder here.  I have invested in this Company for quite a few years and now get really frustrated by the quality of management, especially Dickson.  I like him b/c he is a go-getter but I also hate it (not him) when he screws things up repeatedly.  Never seem to have learned a lesson after going thru hit-pieces since 2010.

LLEN needs good people for true support and yet good people only give helping hand to those deserve it.  Before lending help to LLEN, the Company needs to do more than a Independent Special Committee.  It should, like what TJ suggests, hire KPMG to perform a thorough DD (maybe a forensic audit).
