I think the timing of the hit-piece by GEO is way too malicous and really hit the Company harder than before.  If LLEN is to ride out of the storm, it will have to go extra mile to increase its transparency.  So far, the Special Independent Committee is the right move.  TDR application will likely be delayed as I suspect KPMG Taiwan will scrutize those issues brought up by GEO and will also wait for the Committee's report before any sign off.

On the other hand, the 1 mil+ mine acquisition may not be affected so much as TDR, if LLEN's strategic partners know the Company well.  Well, why? This maybe the Chinese business culture stuff, I guess.  I certianly wish LLEN well and hope after this incident, Dickson can wake up to clear his mind about what to do with his roles in the company.
