This is why LLEN is out of ammunition

This is why LLEN is out of ammunition
Article about these hedge fund and short companies investigating in China.  A couple years old but an interesting read.  Dan David of Geo quoted throughout.

https://www.theepochtimes.com/n2/china-news/information-about-chinese-firms-declared-off-limits-247595.html

Of particular interest:
Dan David of GeoInvesting has a policy for his people in China: they cannot speak to an individual in person more than once. By the second time “chances are that they’re ready for you, and you could be arrested, detained, or beaten,” he said. “On a local police level, these people can do anything they want to you.”

What this tells me is that Geo put this 'sting' against LLEN together with loose information and LLEN is proving it all (or mostly all) false.  Geo has to collect all their information before they release the article.  They only have one shot at it.

I'm thinking their best move now is to move on to the next one.
