What debt does the company have?
It seems to me there must be more debt then shareholders are aware of. What terms and to whom will the debt be settled? What is the exact number of shares outstanding?

You can find this information in the audited financial statements. Why dont you ask the company for them. Oh right, they are dated May 2019 so not up-to-date.
