I'm an ex SUNM holder.  I switched over to LLC because the share price has regularly traded at a discount below the conversion to Sun...if that makes.  I'll still get my Sun shares ...more

The math ?  Sunm has 90m shares after Teck pp.  warrants + options - about 30m so 120m fully diluted add 40m for LLC to 160m shares  Now there should be some cash generated by all ...more

No, your math is way off. The fully diluted count means they will issue closer to 40 M shares. Lorraine has been trading at a rediculous discount just to its position in Sun Metals, which is why I ...more
