RE:PFSThe good news is a solid IRR and accelerated schedule opportunity. Financing will be achieved given the relatively low risk. The market is expecting an orphan phase and took profits. However, in short order there will be news on the PEA for additional areas and financing terms to kick off engineering and environmental amendment activities. The good news is we can load up if gold does one final correction since there is only upwards momentum for gold looking 18 months out. Should be perfect timing for a start up. Low cost for labour and construction is ideal. I may unload some other metal holdings to load up here once financing is secured. Loans will be arranged but I wonder if they can raise say $100M? Note the capes now includes contingency and more upgrades to increase performance so no problem with that. Long term holders can look forward to increased mine life but no moredrilling is needed until we get cash flow. Great news!!!!
