RE:RE:RE:RE:jakejake - I gave you a thumbs up vote on insisting upon verifiable quantiative information. The lawsuit is the best course of action if you hold shares.  I suspect CCAA allows large share holders to sell with out filing insider reports. The company became insolvent once the filed the paperwork. Explains the YUGE swoosh in shares last fall.

Odea signed a confidentiality agreement preventing him from discussing the CCAA activties. This happened in the Nortel CCAA with all ythe particiants. Also, the courts indemified the CCAA partricpants from lawsuits which points to CARVE OUT.
