I do have few questions. How does a former PGM share holder get access to their WRLG shares residing in the fund should they want to sell their position? Are they given FUND shares? Is there a dividend? Do the unsecured creditors get anything? What about the lawsuit?

All of this should be addressed in the court filings. If there no carve out for the lawsuit, what is the purse of money the lawfirm looking to win? Law firms AREN'T charity organizations.

Shelby - I sincerely hope you get something substantial from this arrangement. Don't forget the lawsuit as another source of compensation. Ceratinly a wilde wilde ride.
