Pmbug8, Why not get the best mgers possible? Coeur is in complete sh!throw mode. The new COO is from Coeur. Only former GG executives should be at PGM. Why not hire some GBR mgers? Fair enough but I am trusting that the heavy weights like Anglo Ashanti with real skin in the game will be sure to round up some quality folk to get this thing going. Deep mines are tricky start ups. Open pits like Sabina can stock pile ore while the mill is being built so they can hit the on switch with great initial results. I am happy to give these guys a few quarters to figure it out.
