Great followup on your investment. The auction of Nortel's IP (patents) fetched $4.3B US at auuction by the Rockstar Team Stupid insolvency lawyers estimated $1.8B US. I PGM gets a fat offer but you need to continue to apply pressure. Cpontact the media highlighting Eaton's bonus cheques to insolvency folks. Nortel's demise can NOT BE BLAMED ON THE ENGINEERS, DESIGNERS AND SCIENTISTS.

He said talks are always ongoing they are looking for best outcome for all, he said they can extend the date till they are satisfied with outcome

Would not get into any details  I like that they can extend the process  so not forced to take a bad dead line deal  like I said he felt sorry for sh & understood our frustrations

There's good details on KSV website  he also mentioned the large amount of money owed  so I guess if a guy owns it hang in there if your a gambler buy some shares

And as you mentioned, Eric Srpott has skin in the game in the form of PGM shres and Sprott Asset Mgmt shares. Looking for the best financial outcome is good news. I don't expect the secured and unsecured creditors will be made whole. The judge will look distribution spread. Again, I wsih the common share holders luck in recovering some money. I hope it doesn't go past a year or 12 years
