I don't know . I can't make sense of it  . Shares will be acquired by a pure gold subsidiary and then transferred to Sprott from there . ‍. Still looks like public will get nothing

" I can't make sense of it" The Sixth Report of KSV, downloadable PDF file, Section 4.0  finally defines outcome for PGM shareholders. As I interpret it, the short version is that all public shareholders get nothing, PGM shares will be cancelled.
