Residual.Co

The way i see it under section 4.0 is that all comon shares will be held in residual.co a holding company on a one to one bases for the public ,which would mean us .never in there does it say excludes common shares or that spot gets all of our bought and payed for hard earned positions .

Residual will declare bankruptcy after the deal is done .
