Lost my all PGM. H stocks

Hi there
I need help regarding pgm.h stocks. In my stock account it says this securitie is not eligible for settlement through the clearing system in Canada. 

What does it mean? Would I get any return or no?

hi there,  means no longer a stock you can buy or sell.
