Shaking of the Tree

LSC and the recent PP announcement are timed perfectly for EOM. Without stating the terms of the PP, they effectively created fear and provoked some panic sell off today. It is important to observe recent major institutional investment has been supporting current share price this week. What a great way to pick up cheap shares by shaking the tree.

LSC is a great long term play for this winter, things are just getting started and August is going to be a very busy month. Stick around and reap the gains. Jmo.

"Best efforts" means the share price is out of their control.  I am a holder from the CPC and from what I was told was RTO with $1.30 financing then running it to $2.00 for another financing. This financing looks like they could not convince the lender to convert to shares and now they need US$14 million  I think the financing will be done at $.95-$1.00
