some say its tax loss selling -could be lack of clarity about the deal -might be Petrobank lowering share price to accumulate more DRIP shares of PBN before the deal is completed  -this high dividend payout mostly in the form of DRIP is diluting the shares bigtime -outstanding shares will doulble in less than 8 years at his rate -seems like a great company drowning in its own oil?
