Well I looked only into options chart actually. Shorting and options are different. I did not see the short interest chart. Anyway; there are puts (rights to sell) and calls (rights to buy) at particular time at particular volume. Exchanges organized contracts into strike prices and time periods. PBN price has $1 step some other have $5 for example. The list is showing the expiration date of the option and strike prices. How many contracts and how many traded on that day. Shows you the spread between bid and ask. That is it. The closer you get to the expiration the lower time value becomes. Also in the money usually obviously pricier than out of the money. Other conclusions can be all different.
