One of the reasons – too many chartists in this stock – looking for well known indicators MA, double bottoms etc. Some may be not aware about div at all. For larger trading species div does not really matter because there is no recent statistical correlation plus recent average daily volatility greater than div. For algos this stock is not high priority <1M volume x $8 per share and most likely scripts were not updated without triggers.
