You seem not to have noticed we are getting that oil price surge. I suspect oil north of $100 is going to have a substantial effect on LTS earnings. It should start to show up this quarter but the next quarter will really tell the tale. The question is will we be able to sustain higher oil prices? IMO I think we will if the US economy continues to get some traction.

I've been in and out of LTS for the last 3 years and continually have listened to people state the dividend is too high and LTS is over leveraged. Well guess what. In that period of time there has never been a divi cut and nor have we teetered over the bring due to debt despite oil prices being in the $70 - $80 range for periods of time. I strongly doubt you'll see a divi cut or a debt issue now with oil north of $100. I personally think this is now a very good value play.
