RE:Dividend

RE:DividendThis company was set up on a model following Crescent Point ( CPG) where they were directly competing in the Canadian Bakken with an income and growth component. Unfortunately with PBN and its new iteration LTS we have seen little in the way of growth either in production earnings etc. I like CPG although richly valued and with lots of dilution to pay for acquistions, it has certainly grown its production volumes and beat expectations with a strong and safe income component. Compare debt to cashflow between the companies and you can see another reason why it gets analyst coverage and positive recommendations. Scott Saxburg and his management team are marketers and good at execution as well as cost management. Unfortunately we are stuck with bunch of wannabes cashing paycheques and repricing options.  I think it would be a great fit for CPG as it would open up another area for them in the Cardium where they could use their exploitation success to leverage from.
