"Shorters and bashers",  take a look at the four year chart ! The share price is 17 % of its initial value. Debt is up over 300 %, production is up approx 3000 BPD and the div has now been haved. As a long term shareholder the stock price has been obliterated and the CEO has to step up and own this and needs to resign because the market is not buying what he is selling. They have not executed in 2013 with with cost over runs and need to own this.The BOD is responsible for allowing this continue and has not met its fiduciary responsibilty.
