RE:Shareholders Paying The Price For Poor FD&A by Management

RE:Shareholders Paying The Price For Poor FD&A by Management
Management's performance is indefenseable and the result has been a staggering drop in share price since Petrobakken came to market. John Wright has entrenched himself in the role surrounded by BOD's who have not stepped up to exercise their responsibilty  to address horrendus operating and financial results in the four plus years of the companies existence. Management compensation has been extremely generous while investors have been skewered. I recall JW talking about unlocking value four plus years ago and this management team has done nothing but the contrary.

I am sure that in the earnings call the spin will be that the "latest" iteration of the strategic plan needs time to work itself out. He will again say hat there is a disconnect between share and value for the company assets and we need to be patient because they are shareholders as well. As creator and architect of this fiasco the management team should be released and the company put up for sale. It is inevitable that where this thing sits someone will put a bullet to end the misery.
