I am glad you are going to wait to get back to "my average of $8 and the collect the dividend. Maybe you might understand that investors who came into this at the beginning have seen their share price fall from the mid $30's to $5.50 want some heads. What exactly do you think JW has done to create shareholder value over this period. You say wait and thankfuly collect the div that pays you to wait. Well there are many shareholders that have seen the div cut in half which at the current rate will take them 60 years to recover their capital. Many people on ths board have communicated by phone and email to JW and the BOD to stand up ad take accountability for their abysmal performance. JW and IR's response is always " we are shareholders too and believe that the market is deeply discounting the value we see in the company." That is about the only thing that I can agree with JW !  That being said it would seem obvious to any rationale individual that the investment community will not support current management as demonstrated by complete lack of institutional interst in the cc and continual downgrades. My biggest fear is that JW will pull off a deal like former PMG and sell us out for a 30 % premium and be perceived as a hero for maximizing shareholder value. What a disgrace !
