You have got to hand it to senior management with their creative compensation. They continue to destroy shareholder value by decimating share price but yet they put together compensation schemes that creates super bonus pools through deferred comp programs that when exercised by my perspective allows them to buy  for .05 cents and sell for market price. Lets not forget employment contracts and change of control golden handshakes which is tantamount to winning the lottery for these guys. This is truely appalling given how the company has performed and with these costs borne by the shareholders.This poor governance and brutal optics is shameful and this needs to be addressed in the proxy vote.  And the company wonders why institutions have dumped this company.
