While I respect your right to vote or not,  I fail to see your logic in supporting a management group and board of directors who have had five years at the helm that has done nothing but devastate shareholder value.If you agree that "these guys are bums" but continue to support their leadership than why would we expect a different result. The shorts have seen an opportunity and capitalized on managements ineptitude and now it is up to shareholders to make the statement that the BODs are unwilling to do.

I am happy to be on a bandwagon that is attempting to do something about the situation as opposed to wait for something to happen. If this results in management changes good, if it scares up an attractive bid, better.
