RE:RE:RE:RE:Voted no on all proposals

RE:RE:RE:RE:Voted no on all proposalsYou can add  an additional 13310 to the total of votes withheld. I really hope that the BOD's as well as management are aware of the ground swell of shareholder activism that is being demonstrated from this and other chat rooms. I have reached out to a few institutional shareholders who are non committal at this point and without major support it is unlikely we can get enough votes. This sense of entitlement has got to be stopped. I have no problem paying for performance ( look at Scott Saxberg's pay package at CPG ) when you deliver the goods but this is hardly the case here. The directors should be deeply embarrased over what they have approved. This is all the more reason for them to move on. There has been a lot of discussion as to the negativity further driving the price down. I see this as an opportunity to attempt to put this stock in play as I have no confidence in current management. All it would take is an institutional holder like Orbis to dissent and then we could open up a data room and get this company in play. Sadly management would be the big winners here.
