Yes, Kingsdale Shareholder Services has be contracted by Lighstream ( see page 4 of Information Circular )  to solicit votes spporting management. This is not unusual but it will costs shareholders $40,000 +expenses There is no question JW has been in contact with  Orbis Management and probably the top 10 shareholders. I hope the conversations made him very nervous !
