RE:RE:RE:RE:10000 shares at $.05????Help me out here because I am a little confused. I think we agree both the share price and operating performance is indefensible, but at the same time you suggest that somehow the status quo regime of senior management and BOD's will get religion and turn this around is just a little naive. Please don't pretend to tell me about the "big story" as I was there day one. You defend this compensation in accordance with industry standards. Any group of shareholders that condones performance compensation to this degree gets exactly the recognition it deserves a stock that is down 75 % with a balance sheet that is at the very bottom of its peer group. If I was the chairman of this board I would submit my resignation purely out of embarrassment of how this was handled. Unfortunately the directors are more concerned about senior management than their true responsibility to shareholders. You rail the fact that organized shareholder activism will put pressure on the stock price, we are at core value. I have as have many others voted my shares in an attempt to initiate change. It is your right to support and vote for the BOD's and proposed bylaw changes but then don't whine about losing "ten billion dollars of SH equity " !
