DD, when I look at the trading in the last couple days I am beginning to wonder if this is an end play taking place. The earnings and operational announcement were not a huge surprise nice volume and sp move. Now that management is loaded up with .05 share based awards that are good with a change of control maybe we see a deja vu a la PMG. JW gets his 30 % or so premium and rides off into the sunset with his ceremonial directors and chairman roles. You got to hand it to these guys maximizing their exit strategies.
As a CPG shareholder I was reviewing their management information circular and like the transparency it provides. Of particular interest is reporting for performance share awards with excellent detail on specific targets and results achieved. Given what we have seen on the awards granted for LTS I have requested similar information from IR which is something that should be addressed at the AGM. I will share when/ if IR gets back to me.
