Sorry for raining on your parade but John Wright was forced into putting all these properties up for sale to correct a balance sheet problem that he has created over the past several years. As CEO he has to own the fact that the company share price peformance over the last 4 1/2 years has made it one of the worst peforming investments in its space. A bouyant market is lifting all boats and while I am happy to see the stock rise it is still less then a third of when PBN IPO'd.
