RE:NEWSAnother done deal.  The assets looked decent as far as oil ratio...and they wer probalby low decline assets.

I guess they have to be willing to part with decent assets to get them out of the debt mess they got themselves in.  One metric that I didn't mind was that the sale price was 4.4x cashlow (The stock trades at what, 2x cashflow?).  Anytime you can sell assets at more than 2x what it is being valued at in your shareprice you sould take the opportunity IMO.  Let's hope they don't piss the cash away.
