Well, if I recall correctly I think the valuation for the sold assets thus far is based on very high oil ratio very low decline assets.

The rest of our assets may not receive equal metrics, however there are other things in LTS' portfolio that could help narrow the shortfall.  I'm not sure how much all of their other land and plays are worth (ones that we have not heard much about).  We can say that the Bakken should be at least on PAR with those metrics and the Cardium perhaps a bit less due to the higher gas ratio and higher capex....these two plays make up for most of the production anyway...the rest is just gravy.

We all agree that the assets are worth more than the shareprice.  The problem is, the longer this management team wastes time poorly running the company (and burning through valuable drilling inventory) we lose some of our asset value without ever getting recognition for the potentilal value it could have if operated properly.  As we saw at the last AGM, this executive team and board still have a lot of support, unfortunately.
