RE:rig count downOPEC would be crazy to cut now. They have worked so hard on getting market share, I can't see why they would change course now that they are actually seeing results. Prices will start to slowly rise next year and get into the $60 and $70 in 2017. OPEC is succeeding, they will continue to be patient.
