RE:RE:RE:LTS could rise like PWT if...There is nothing wrong with selling. The hardest part of investing is knowing when to sell. You need to stay very disciplined. I normally allocate 10% of my portfolio to Canadian oil and gas. I went as high as 20% when oil dropped below $45. With the recent uptick in oil, it is now 30% of my portfolio so I'm selling shares to return to the 10% mark. I will overweight again when oil drops backs to the $45 range. Nothing wrong with taking profits. Too mnay people have held bad companies way too long, myself included.
