Of course since you own it then everyone else who says anything bad is a shorter right? I have never owned this, never shorted it and wouldnt touch it with a 10ft pole. Bond holders will get pennies on the dollar and share holders will get ZERO. Its pretty obvious when you read their own news releases.

As others have stated, only brokerage house traders can short sell stock at these penny stock levels.

Disclaimer: I have been buying LTS below 20 cents and this is my "number one hit" on the short term. I may hold this long term after the initial double from 18 cent to 36 cents but it all depends if it's refinancing, asset sales or corporate take over.
